Important information for our community, partners and supporters
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CuriousWorks is putting in place precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our community.
We have temporarily suspended all public events and have put in place social distancing measures including implementing a work from home policy for all staff. Our office is currently closed and we will be limiting face-to-face meetings to a maximum of five people, while ensuring the precautionary health and safety recommendations are in place. This will be effective until further notice. In the meantime, we will utilise technologies such as Google Hangouts to facilitate virtual meetings and ongoing creative workshops.
We are very conscious of the importance of supporting those in our industry who will be underemployed or unemployed over the coming months. While many of our projects will be impacted by this situation, CuriousWorks will honour payment commitments already made to our contracted artists and will endeavour to postpone (rather than cancel) planned events and projects until later in the year.
During this period of uncertainty, let’s remember to support one another, check in on those who may need extra support and be informed of credible information on how to deal with the evolving situation.
