It seems strange to think now that 2019 was only last year.

One year ago, we were at Sydney Film Festival for Prone to the Drone, hosting our first Way Out West Festival livestream on Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre Facebook, and premiering My name is Mohamed and Raghad We don’t exist here anymore at the beyond refuge: dialogues event before it started touring the festival circuit.

We do A LOT, and it’s sometimes hard to keep up!

You can read up on everything we did last year now in our online-only 2019 Annual Report, designed by Huy Nguyen.

If you want to read more about our work over the years, you can read our past annual reports here (scroll to the bottom).
And if you’re interested in how our work directly impacts the artists we work with, you can read our Mapping Emerging Artists and Pathways Impact document.

If you like what we do, please consider supporting us this end of financial year! CuriousWorks is a registered Australian charity, and all charitable donations over $2 are tax deductible. Together, we can make the world a more curious place.

Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
Our office is located on Tharawal country. Our work takes us across Tharawal, Dharug and Eora lands.
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we work, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
