Nicole Pingon is a multidisciplinary artist, performer and facilitator, working across theatre, live art, and digital mediums.
Nicole has been a Shopfront Members Production recipient, Shopfront ArtsLab artist-in-residence and part of KXT’s Step Up Program. These opportunities ignited Nicole’s love for theatre making and live performance as a director, devisor, writer, and performer, with a fascination in physical, visual and sonic storytelling.
In 2019, Nicole became part of CuriousWorks’ Makers Space Program, which has sparked her interest in the intersection between digital mediums and live performance, and storytelling experiences across borders. Currently, she is collaborating with Vera Chok, a London-based artist as part of The Joy Offensive’s, earth.
Nicole has experience facilitating workshops with young people at Shopfront and Little Eggs Collective, and has also worked with the City of Sydney facilitating community-led projects with Chinese Seniors.
